Why can’t I sign up or get into my account?

There are two possible ways this could happen.  

First, you may not be using the correct email or password that you signed up with.  Contact us here to get your correct email, or click on “Forgot Password” next to your log in and we’ll send you a new one.

Second, Internet Explorer 10 may be the issue.  If you are trying to sign into Anython with Internet Explorer 10, you may need to see if your “Free Download Manager” is installed and disable it.  Here are the steps:

1. Go to your Internet Explorer settings on the top of your page (not Anython settings).

2. Select “Programs”:

3. Click "Manage add-ons" and Disable the “Free Download Manager”
