My payment failed, but I have a charge on my credit card?

It’s ok.  This usually means that you are looking at a pending authorization from your bank or credit card company.  That payment will most likely not go through and it will disappear from your statement.  Check it again in 2 days to see if it has dropped off.  If the issue still persists, you can contact us below.
