Easy. For WePay (US Accounts):
1. Sign into your WePay account
2. Click on one of the transactions listed in your account
3. Click on the transaction you would like to refund
4. Click "Issue Refund." That’s it.
For FirstGiving, send us a note below and we'll do it for you. Or if you have any issues, we can go in and help you. Funds will not be refunded after the deadline has passed, which is usually a week after the Event.
